Our History


Since 2002, distance riders have come together to have fun and raise money for Camp Boggy Creek.

Nora Mask started this awesome annual event, then Jackie Baker managed the ride for 9 years, and Vicky Thompson has been the ride manager for the past 2 years.

Our Mission


Our goal for 2019 is to raise $25,000, which equates to the cost of the horse program.  Let's help the Boggy Creek kids get to know and love horses as they attempt to heal physically and emotionally at camp.


Fun for All!

Whether you're a first-time rider or a seasoned one, Autumn Gallop Benefit for Camp Boggy Creek is a wonderful cause and features a unique and fabulous facility, as well as a memorable ride.  Newbie riders are welcome!

Volunteers put in many, many hours to make this event successful.  Please let the ride manager know if you can help too.

Event is capped at 60 riders ... register early!



10:00 AM: Riders may start arriving

1:00 PM: Registration opens

2:00 PM: Vetting starts

5:00 PM: Vetting ends

5:30 PM: Dinner

6:00 PM: Ride meeting

10:00 Generators off

Note: No riders may arrive before 10:00 AM on Friday.


5:00 AM: Generators on

7:00 AM: 50s start

7:30 AM: 30s start

8:00 AM: Intros start

2:30 PM: Awards for Intros and 30s

7:00 PM: Awards for 50s

10:00 PM: Generators off


6:00 AM: Generators on

12:00 Noon: Riders depart
